The right candidate will ideally have some experience in this role and be looking to progress in their chosen career. This establishment prides itself on its fine reputation and warm atmosphere

Working under the Head Chef you will be responsible for your section and be able to take control of your area, lead junior staff members and contribute to their development. The ideal candidate will have some fine dinning experience although this is not essential.
