The right candidate will ideally have some experience in this role or a junior role and be looking to progress in their chosen career. This establishment prides itself on its fine reputation and warm atmosphere

Working under the Head Chef and assisting the Chef de Partie you will be responsible for some aspects of each section and you will be required to take control of your area. As Demi Chef de Partie you will lead junior chefs in their development as you progress yourself. The ideal candidate will have some fine dinning experience.
