| Hotel Duty Manager |
Job Details:
***My client is a well respected, boutique hotel and they are looking for a new Duty Manager to join their team.
Main duties will include:-
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel and the highest level of guest satisfaction
* Provide first class customer service
* Liaising with all departments on a daily basis to ensure guests requirements are fulfilled
* Act as the key point of contact for hotel guests and staff
You must have:-
* Previous hotel management experience
* You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* You must be confident , approachable , committed , enthusiastic , flexible and motivated
For this role you must be willing to work flexible hours!
Salary dependant upon experience.***
Location: Bath
