| Office Support Manager |
Job Details:
An Engineering and Business Consultancybased on the edge of the city centre requires an Office Support Manager to join their team.
The right candidate for this role will be organised, accurate & methodical. You will need a friendly and approachable demeanour and be able to work well within the existing team.
The job role encompasses a wide range of tasks including
- Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner and greeting business associates when they visit the office.
- Checking phone for messages & checking emails.
- Completing employee timesheets.
- You will manage online banking, populate accounts sheets with new transactions
- Creating invoices
- Ad hoc duties: job diaries, new starters, stationary orders, filing, employee leave/absence sheet, bank statements, chasing up missing/unpaid invoices/calling invoiced companies to check invoice has been received.
Our client is looking for an able candidate who can to prioritise tasks and organize their work load to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Location: Bath
Salary: £15-17,000
